Viola Baldwin

Viola Baldwin is the Director of Framing for Jerry's Artarama. She graduated from North Carolina State University and holds a Masters degree from Appalachian State University. The Industrial Arts major at ASU gave her the tools and background that she would use daily in the framing industry — design, color, woodworking, printmaking, and mechanical drawing experiences. Viola was a retail store owner for 18 years and worked 8 years as a trainer for Larson-Juhl as part of their education program. Prior to joining the staff at Jerry's Artarama in 2007 she was a Customer Care Representative with Crescent Cardboard. Viola earned the Master Certified Picture Framer certification through the Professional Picture Framer's Association in 2004. Education of customers and staff is a priority at Jerry's since Viola came on board. Artwork needs to be properly framed as well as installed in an appropriate frame. She spends time with the frameshop staffs of the stores to train and update them on the newest recommended methods and materials. She works with the Customer Service Department to ensure that Jerry's has knowledgeable associates. Viola will gladly train you in the ways of framing.
