Contest, Sweepstakes and Artwork Submission Terms

Void Where Prohibited: This Contest or Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Agreement to Terms: By entering any contest, sweepstakes, promotion, or submitting artwork, images, or other content through jerrysartarama.com (the "Contest"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Contest.

Eligibility

Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms. Entrants must comply with all stated rules, eligibility requirements, deadlines, and submission guidelines in order to qualify for prizes.

Submission of Artwork and Content

By entering or submitting artwork, images, content, photographs, video, written content, or other materials ("Submissions"), you represent and warrant that:

By uploading content, I represent that I own or have permission to use all submitted images and artwork and grant Jerry’s Artarama a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and promote the submission in connection with this contest and related marketing.

• You are the original creator or have the legal right to submit the materials
• The Submission does not infringe upon the intellectual property, copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any third party
• The Submission does not contain unlawful, defamatory, misleading, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content
• You have obtained permission from any identifiable person appearing in the Submission

License and Use of Submitted Materials

By entering the Contest and submitting any content, you grant Jerry’s Artarama ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, partners, agents, licensees, successors, and service providers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, and otherwise use your Submission, in whole or in part, for marketing, promotional, advertising, educational, or commercial purposes in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation, notice, or approval, except where prohibited by law.

Name, Image, and Publicity Release

By participating, you grant Sponsor permission to use your name, likeness, username, biographical information, artwork, images, statements, voice, and other submitted content in connection with the promotion, marketing, and administration of the Contest and Sponsor’s business activities, including websites, email marketing, social media, advertising, catalogs, and other promotional materials worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation.

No Expectation of Privacy

You acknowledge that information and materials submitted as part of the Contest may be publicly displayed and that you have no expectation of confidentiality or privacy with respect to any Submission.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

By entering, you consent to the collection and use of personal information including name, email address, mailing address, social media handle, or other contact details for purposes of:

• administering the Contest
• contacting entrants or winners
• delivering prizes
• marketing communications (where permitted by law)
• improving services and customer experience

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms, uses automated methods including bots or scripts, or acts in a disruptive, fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful manner.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries or communications, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction, network congestion, human error, or computer system failures.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant.

Winners may be required to complete eligibility verification, liability releases, publicity releases, tax forms, or other documentation as permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, partners, affiliates, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
