Redemption

Traditional Gift Cards can be redeemed on www.jerrysartarama.com, by phone, or at a Jerry's Artarama Retail Store. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Card balance. Any unused balance will remain available on the Gift Card and can be redeemed later. Traditional Gift Cards do not expire and can be reloaded at a Jerry's Artarama Retail Store if desired. If an order or in-store purchase exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method.

eGift Cards can only be redeemed on www.jerrysartarama.com or by phone. Purchases are deducted from the eGift Card balance. Any unused balance will remain available and can be redeemed later using the same eGift Card number. eGift Cards expire 1 year from the date of purchase. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method.

Payment Accepted

PayPal is not available for purchasing gift cards or eGift Cards. The only valid form of purchase is with a valid credit card. You will only have the credit card option at checkout.

Limitations

Traditional Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, nor can they be resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. Traditional Gift Cards ship free via United States Postal Service (USPS) only. We are not able to offer expedited shipping for Gift Cards.

eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, nor can they be resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. eGift Cards expire 1 year from the date of purchase. eGift Cards arrive by email, so please be sure to enter the correct email address and have the recipient check their junk mail folder if they have not yet received their eGift Card.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for all Jerry's Artarama Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient, or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.

Fraud

Jerry's Artarama will have the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on jerrysartarama.com, over the phone, or in store.

Discounts

Gift Cards and eGift Cards, also known as electronic gift cards, are non-discountable and coupons will not apply.

Gift Box

Add a Red Gift Box for an additional $5.00. It can be personalized and mailed to yourself or to someone else.
