    White Easy-To-Use Acrylic Primed Canvas Panels Fredrix Artist Series Hand Turned Canvas Panels are prepared by sizing and priming a closely woven cotton canvas with acid-free acrylic gesso. A versatile option for oils, acrylics, water soluble oils, paint markers, permanent markers, spray paints and alkyds. The surface texture provides a very definite paint-gripping "tooth" with minimum vehicle absorption, providing the perfect support for painting in oil, casein, tempera, or acrylic. Lightweight and perfect for travel, the medium weight canvas is glued to an innovative backing board. The boards are firm and stable, with clean, hand turned edges, they provide the ideal surface for studies or initial renderings in the studio, classroom or plein air.
