Most are single-action compressors, which means that you have to turn them on and off with the power switch. What Creative Air™ is offering is better. The Portable Airbrush & Compressor has an automatic on/off function. You don't have to press the power button, and you can use it just like any other double action airbrush. Press the trigger down for air, and the compressor will start. Pull the trigger backward, and paint will join the airflow. The more you pull the trigger back, the faster the air will flow. It has two performance modes: Low and High. The button on the bottom of the compressor is for switching between these modes. It will run in its highest performance mode for 40 minutes when fully charged. On average, you can get 1.5 to 2 hours of work from one charge. This estimate considers that the airbrush will be paused for color changes and cleaning.
