Perfect for Etching Intaglio Plates

RGM's zinc engraving plates and stainless steel drypoint tools are perfect for drypoint etching and intaglio printmaking techniques. The 1.5 mm needle tool and the 2 mm chisel can be used to scratch incredible details into metal. Each lightweight, tempered steel tool is mounted on a straight beechwood handle. Once printed, the drypoint lines have a soft, velvety quality.

The Perfect Scribe Tools for Metal Etching

RGM's zinc engraving plates and stainless steel drypoint tools are perfect for etching and intaglio printmaking techniques. The 1.5 mm needle tool and the 2 mm chisel can be used to scratch incredible details into metal. Each lightweight, tempered steel tool is mounted on a straight beechwood handle. Once printed, the drypoint lines have a soft, velvety quality.

RGM Drypoint Tools are also great for inscribing greenware and leather-hard clay.

RGM plates are excellent for etching, drypoint, engraving, aquatint, and mezzotint.
