Sketchbooks and Pads

Sketchbooks are important tools for any artist, allowing them to capture ideas, develop new concepts, and practice their craft. Q: What is the difference between a drawing pad and a sketch pad?
A: While the terms "drawing pad" and "sketch pad" are sometimes used interchangeably, there can be slight differences in their intended use and paper characteristics. A drawing pad typically refers to a pad of paper specifically designed for creating finished drawings with various medium.
