Quality Glass Mullers and Grinding Plates
New York Central® Glass Mullers are perfect for mixing ground pigments with oil or water-based binders. Available in two sizes, each Muller is made of strong, break-resistant, tempered glass. The short-domed handle comfortably fits in the palm of your hand and allows you to bare down as you grind pigments. This manual process allows you to mill the paint as fine or as coarse as you like.
Make sure your handmade paints have the smoothest consistency possible by pairing your Muller with a fine glass grinding plate from New York Central®! One side of the plate is smooth, and the other side is sandblasted for grinding pigments to the finest particle size.
