Your studio is a workplace and a place to play with ideas. The Monterey H-Frame Studio Easel allows you to explore and create without limits. Handcrafted from oil-stained Beechwood the Monterey is a serious easel built to last. You can work at different angles from flat to vertical because of the front and rear telescoping legs. The front brace provides rigid support when you want to use the easel as a table. You can tilt the mast forward to cut glare or work with pastels. It has four casters and two wheel-leveling bolts that offset the front wheel to keep the easel stationary. See assembly instructions video on video tab.

You can tilt the mast forward to cut glare or work with pastels. It has four casters and two wheel-leveling bolts that offset the front wheel to keep the easel stationary. The Monterey easel is strong and can hold a standard size door securely. You can even convert the mast to a horizontal angle and use the door as an impromptu work table. SPECIAL NOTE - To tilt the easel forward, you need to raise the bottom canvas holder past the side supports. You can then tilt the mast for pastel work. Also, please see the video tab for a video on assembly instructions.
