The leaves are arranged in paper booklets, loosely inset in compartments, one for each leaf. You can use a gilder's tip brush to pick up and place the loose leaf on the prepared surface. Each gold leaf can be burnished with a Guild-Gold Agate Burnishing tool.
Keum-Boo (attached gold) is an ancient Korean jewelry technique. This method uses heat to fuse gold leaf to sterling silver or other metals. Agate burnishers are used to buff and brighten the resulting jewelry pieces.
