Glue is an auxiliary for bonding pearls and beads to leather or polyester.… PREPARE - CREATE - PROTECT leather creations! Pebeo's Setacolor Leather Auxiliaries are perfect mediums for preparing, creating, and protecting leather designs. For best results, use the Setacolor primer-degreaser medium before painting for optimum adhesion. A 1:1 mixture of thinner and color should be created for airbrushing to obtain the optimal paint viscosity. Glue is an auxiliary for bonding pearls and beads to leather or polyester. Use Pebeo's matte satin or gloss varnish to protect the design and obtain the desired finish. Key Features: * Setacolor Auxiliaries * Opaque water-based acrylic mediums * Works with Setacolor Leather paints * Degreaser cleaner * Glue for attaching materials * Protective leather varnish Perfect For: * Customizing leather and imitation leather * Repairing discolored leather * Painting and airbrushing * Creating a satin, glossy, or matt-satin finish Setacolor Preparer-Degreaser*: This is an auxiliary product used to prepare and degrease the surface, remove the protective varnish that covers the leather, and degrease it for optimal paint adhesion. Use this degreaser before applying Setacolor Leather Paint. *This is a Hazardous product. Observe the precautions for use. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Setacolor Lightening-Thinner Medium: For airbrushing, you should create a 1:1 mixture (thinner and color) to obtain an optimal viscosity for a smoother airbrush. This technique is highly recommended for customizing sneakers. The result is uniform (if you master the airbrush technique) and leaves no trace of paint. This auxiliary also lets you dilute, liquefy, and lighten Setacolor Leather colors when applied with a brush or airbrush without altering their properties (resistance, shine, etc.), unlike diluting with water. Setacolor Glue: Glue is an auxiliary for bonding cotton, leather, polyester, etc., with pearls, powders, or beads. You should only apply the glue to the necessary areas, and we recommend gluing directly without waiting for it to dry. It is crucial to remove any residues before the glue dries. Setacolor Masking Fluid: Masking Fluid is a peelable drawing gum perfect for defining paint-free areas on leather. Apply in a thick layer. Drying time varies depending on the thickness of the coating, but it should take approximately 30 minutes (Use a hair dryer to speed up drying). The bluish color helps to identify the masked areas and darkens when drying. You can apply it directly to the surface and then paint over it once the gum is dry. Alternatively, you can draw with the gum over an already applied color and cover the masking gum with another color to have a colored masked area instead of coloring the bare surface. Once dry, peel or rub the gum off with your fingers within a maximum of 15 days after application. Apply a thin layer of color to the dry masking gum to obtain clean lines after peeling or rubbing off. You can clean the brush with soapy water. Setacolor Matt-Satin and Gloss Varnishes: Protective varnishes must be applied to the work for optimal and long-lasting results. Available in 2 finishes: matt/satin or gloss. The varnish will help to seal the color perfectly, protecting your creation from rubbing, scratches, wear and tear, and water. They can be applied with a brush for an entirely uniform finish or with an airbrush without prior dilution for a shiny varnish and mixed 50:50 water and varnish for a matt-satin effect. The matt-satin varnish must be well mixed before use. It is recommended to wait 24 hours before varnishing. Tip: Mixing matt-satin and gloss varnishes can achieve the desired finish. Mix 3 parts gloss varnish to 1 part matt-satin varnish for a satin finish. See More

The formula is an update on a recipe used by French Impressionist Edgar Degas. It seals and protects your artwork while leaving colors brilliant! Degas Fixative is perfect for chemically sensitive people. You can spray it indoors and keep on working because the fixative does not release toxic fumes or odors. The spray dries to a hard, water-resistant, matte finish; and provides the traction you need to apply extra layers of dry media. There are no toxic fumes or odors You may spray the fixative on all papers (except LaCarte), primed and unprimed canvas, wood panels, unglazed ceramic, stone, leather, and glass. SpectraFix it the ideal fixative for soft pastel, Pan Pastel and oil pastel, colored pencil, graphite, charcoal, and chalk. You can even use the fixative to layer other media into Encaustic. Use it under Oil or Acrylic paints to stop underdrawings from smudging. Casein bonds forever with the covering layer of paint. Like egg tempera, artists have used casein for centuries to protect underpaintings. Easily refill one of our Aerosol Spray Bottles to spray a fine mist on your work! Please note: Not for use as a final topcoat over acrylic or oil paint. Key Features: * Seals and protects artwork * Rapid drying pastel fixative * Contains casein, water, and alcohol * Protects fragile dry media * Prevents underpainting from smudging * No toxic fumes * 100% Archival * Non-yellowing * It does not dull colors * You can paint over it Perfect For: * Spraying indoors * Working with deep layers * Soft pastel, pan pastel and oil pastel * Colored pencil, graphite, charcoal, and chalk * Protecting watercolor paintings * All pastel papers (except LaCarte) * Primed and unprimed canvas * Wood panels, unglazed ceramic, stone, leather, and glass * Classrooms Dries quickly to an invisible matte finish and allows deep layering as well as providing extra traction on thickly layered, slippery media such as color pencil or oil pastel. Combines well with almost all media, and dries to a hard, water-resistant finish. Should not be used as a final top coat over acrylic or oil paint. Use with Soft Pastel, Pan Pastel and Oil Pastel, Colored Pencil, Graphite, Charcoal, Chalk or in combination with Watercolor, Gouache, Casein, Ink or to layer other media into Encaustic. Perfect for crafts, it holds a wide variety of media without dulling their sheen or brilliance. Use under Oil or Acrylic paints to prevent underdrawings from smudging. Casein actually bonds permanently with the covering layer of oil paint, and similar to egg tempera, has been used for centuries for grisaille or colorful underpainting which can then be glazed with oil. Remember, it is not recommended as a final top coating for acrylic or oils See More
