White A gesso Made to the specifications of European conservators! Lascaux Acrylic Gesso is a semi-absorbent primer perfect for preparing canvas for oil, acrylic, and tempera painting. The gesso's pure acrylic resin composition is dispersed by rutile titanium dioxide and mineral based extenders. Once dry Lascaux Acrylic Gesso has a pure white matt finish with a good tooth. The white ground is elastic, lightfast, and age resistant.
