Authentic Washi & Hosho Papers for Sumi-E Painting

Traditional Japanese paper, also known as Washi, is popular for experimenting with inks, charcoal, and pastel. The paper is designed for use in Sumi-E, calligraphy, and paper crafts.

Washi Hosho paper is a thick and strong paper typically used for sketching, painting, and printmaking. One side has a smooth finish, and the other side is rough. The paper is not sized.
