Winsor & Newton Watercolour Mediums - Colourless Art Masking Fluid, 75ml Bottle
Colourless Art Masking Fluid is a transparent mask that is used to preserve the original paper colour. Temporarily protects the areas you do not want to paint.
Covers areas and prevents paint from adhering to paper. Helps to omit areas when painting, especially for fine details.
- Colourless Art Masking Fluid, 75ml Bottle
- Completely transparent and colourless when dried
- After medium is dried, the covered areas on paper does not longer absorb any colour
Use an old brush to apply Colourless Masking Fluid. Do not use on damp or soft-sized paper. Apply medium to areas you want to protect. Wash brush immediately, before the medium dries. After it has dried on your paper, the covered areas will not absorb any colour. Remove the fluid by rubbing the surface gently to reveal the paper underneath. Remove as soon as possible to stop the mask from becoming permanent. Wipe the neck of the bottle after use, to ensure the safety cap remains secure.
