This handy travel box is made of golden oil finished elm wood. It includes a carrying handle, brass plated hardware and a folding plastic watercolor palette. The 4 × 8" plastic palette opens to 8 × 8" in size and has 20 small slants, 5 large mixing areas, a finger slot and three brush slots.

When open, the box features a handy stand up brush holder with seven slots and enough storage area to hold a complete range of watercolor tubes as well as drawing accessories. Overall measurement of box is 13" long × 6½" wide × 2" deep.

I like this box because I can do both PLUS the box folds so the brushes can be easily available. I like the plastic palette that was included so I can install my own favorite pigments. Well done!

Rated 4 out of 5 by BEST from Love Turner Water Colour box I bought this box because I needed to be able to organize my brushes, paints and other tools. It is great. The only thing I would change about this product would be to add a full size lift out tray to accommodate the paint pan as well as the paints. Right now I am using the space taken up by the pan when it was shipped for my paints. In addition, that would allow more space for tools like pencils, erasers, etc. I use this box to organize my stuff when going from home to class and when traveling.

Rated 5 out of 5 by RM from Essential watercolor take-along box. I use it for plein air and some classes. It is essential for me. It's compact but it holds more than you need. There's room for a knife, eraser, pens and pencils and a couple of large brushes. I inserted a piece of firm foam in the brush holder lid to hold the brushes tighter. I bought this at the Jerry's in Nashville 6 years ago and have used it at least twice a week with no problems.

I normally paint while backpacking and have a minimalist kit I keep in small waterproof stuff sack, but I've recently started painting in other locations and wanted something that would allow me to carry more paint and more brushes. This travel box is perfect. It looks nice, is very well constructed out of quality wood and great hardware, can hold lots of tubes of paint and a wide variety of brushes and even has a well for a palette (included). Overall, this was a great purchase and I would quickly recommend it to anyone.

Thank you for contacting us. The travel box includes a carrying handle, brass plated hardware and a folding plastic watercolor palette. The 4 × 8" plastic palette opens to 8 × 8" The brushes and paints that are shown in the picture are not included but the plastic palette is included.
