Each SoHo Open Bound Sketch Pad features 65 lb. (100gsm) slightly textured paper stock and an open binding with visible stitching. Sometimes referred to as Coptic binding, the signatures are stitched in a way that allows the book to open completely. Sketchbooks using heavier weight paper usually don't lay flat, so this type of binding is perfect for a sketch pad. The calendered cover adds strength and protects the artwork within. Each book contains 120 sheets or 240 pages and measures 5.6" wide x 8.26" high. The book will lay flat for panorama landscapes measuring 11.18" x 8.26" when open.
