The Strathmore 400 Series Colored Pencil Pad, specially designed to maximize the performance of colored pencils and dry media are heavyweight, acid-free paper featuring a vellum texture that holds pigment beautifully while allowing smooth, controlled layering and blending. These pads contain 100lb, acid-free, white paper that contains a toothy, medium surface. Multiple layers of colored pencil, graphite, charcoal or even sketching sticks can be applied because of the heavy weight combined with the vellum surface of the paper. Each sheet true to size when removed at the micro-perforation. Made in the USA!
