Since the canvas is flat, you can easily mat around the artwork to cover where the binder clips were, or you can simply retouch when you get back to your studio. Let's face it, there is no perfect system, but canvas pads are a low-cost and effective alternative!

If you're painting with oils, we suggest using drying oil mediums, so the paint film will dry overnight, allowing you to transport your paintings easier.
