Schmincke Liquid Charcoal 35ml Cherry Pit Black
Schmincke Liquid Charcoal is a clean, dust-free alternative to traditional Charcoal. The distinct charcoal color is made by charring fruit seeds in barrels. Cherry Pit Black has a warm brown tint.
Because it is bound by gum arabic Liquid Charcoal smudges less. If you apply a thick layer to smooth paper you can create intentional smudges. When thinly applied to textured paper the Charcoal is resistant to smudging.
Liquid Charcoal does not muddy colors, so it's perfect for underpainting and mixed media.
