There is a small black O-Ring between the spray
cap and the can. By removing this O-Ring it
allows you to start painting. The O-Ring is a
safety precausion to make sure the can wont
spray with it on. To remove the O-Ring and
start painting simply remove the spray cap and
turn the can upsdie down. If the O-Ring does
not fall off on its own you can use something
small to pop it off. Make sure you check to see
if the O-Ring is on the can before assuming
that the spray can is defective and unable to
spray.
