Mimik Reservoir Liner brushes combine the precision of a liner with the fluidity of a calligraphy brush. These state of the art brushes have long, sharp points and tapered bodies that are very absorbent. Mimik® Squirrel hair acts as a reservoir and holds color in the brush belly. Color is not released from the liner until you start to paint, and the release is gradual. This steady supply of color allows you to paint without having to reload your brush as often. The pointed liner extends out from the base of the brush and is made with Mimik® Kolinsky synthetic sable. You can create quick, lively marks with the liner or press down to make sensuous lines that are varied in thickness. Capable of working with any media, these synthetic liners are perfect for use with watercolor, ink, or fluid acrylics.
