The matte medium does not produce a high gloss sheen and is perfect for photography. After the artwork is photographed, the painting can be varnished with a gloss varnish if a high gloss finish is desired. Slightly thicker than the original formula Matte Pouring Medium still produces pools, puddles, drips, and beautiful effects when mixed with Acrylic Inks or Soft Body Acrylics.
- Does not craze, crack, or hold bubbles in the paint film once dry
- Retains high gloss and wet appearance when dry
- Will not add transparency when mixed with color
- Flexible, non-yellowing, and water-resistant when dry.
- Mix with Liquitex Soft Body Acrylic Colors to promote drying with a smooth, evenly colored films
