Liquitex Acrylic Gel Medium - Matte, 1/2 gallon
Matte Gel reduces gloss of acrylic colors. Liquitex Gel also adds "open time" to acrylics as it tends to dry slower than thinner paint films. It also can be used as a matte collage adhesive.
