Liquitex Acrylic Effects Mediums Natural Sand 8 oz
A fine-textured gel that dries to the appearance of glossy beach sand. Mix with other gels to create customized surfaces. An excellent choice to add a bit of “tooth” to an under-painting. Try combing the natural sand with a ridged trowel for uniform peaks and valleys.
An Easy Way To Add Texture!
- Natural Sand Gel - 8 oz jar
- An acrylic polymer gel containing finely textured white sand particles
- Effective ground for acrylic and oil paints, oil pastel, pastel and graphite
- Natural sand particles add structure and texture to this 100% acrylic polymer gel
- Highly flexible, adhesive, and dries to a matte beach sand finish.
- Will not chip or crack on canvas
- Gives an opaque/semi-opaque appearance - the thicker you apply the more opaque it becomes
- Apply thickly to create bold 3D effects, or finely to give surface texture
