Iridescent Medium is a fluid medium incorporating an acrylic polymer with ultra-fine pearlescent mica pigment. It produces a range of iridescent or metallic colors when mixed into acrylic colors.

Liquitex Effects Iridescent Medium is a specially formulated product that contains mica particles, which can enhance the appearance of your acrylic colors by providing a smooth and iridescent finish. In addition to improving the visual appeal, this medium also offers other benefits such as increased transparency, extended drying time, and enhanced color intensity. For optimal results, it is recommended to thin Liquitex Effects Iridescent Medium with distilled water at a ratio of up to 30%.
