Japan has a long history of making reliable blades and swords that stand the test of time. Holbein palette knives are hand-forged using those same traditional techniques in Seki, Japan. The 1066 and 1066S series palette knives come in a mixture of trowel and scraper shapes. They make each well-balanced blade from a single piece of break-resistant stainless steel. You can use Holbein knives with oil, acrylic, watercolor, and gouache paint. Whether you are painting or mixing paint on your palette, these palette knives are perfect for the job.
