Yes, The reflection of light off of the ferrule is a distraction. When you regularly use the Grey Matters Brushes it becomes apparent how the reflection off of a ferrule has affected concentration!
Are all Synthetic Brush heads the same?
NO! The filaments that make a synthetic brush can range wildly from Student to Professional grade. Brush quality is determined by the number of different fibers and type of bristles that make up the brush head. The fewer Different types of filaments – typically the lower grade.
Does the color of the brush fibers affect the quality?
NO! A color such as the Grey in Grey Matters is done to accomplish a result that is neutral to the eye
