Use the Gamblin Cold Wax Medium 1 gallon can to thicken oil colors and create a variety of painting textures. It is a dense paste made from naturally white, 100% pure beeswax that broadens the visual qualities of your paints by increasing color transparency and creating a matte surface. The wax holds the thickest and sharpest points and is perfect for creating impasto-like effects.
