The English Flower Palette is only 4-3/4 inches in diameter. It does not come with a cover. It has 7 wells to place your paint in. 6 on the outside and 1 in the middle of the 6. It weighs about 3 ounces. It does not come with any accessories. The palette is made of porcelain.
