Since a painting may hang on the wall for many years, sometimes causing the lumber to bow; it is important to protect your stretcher frame with the addition of a cross brace. Many artists require extra strength and stability in their stretcher bars and that's why BEST Artist Products manufactures professional quality aluminum cross braces.

*If you order cross braces, you will receive an email from our drop ship specialist inquiring about if you require notching and your notching directions. Each notch has a fee of $2.10.

Select sizes available in 1" increments from 8" to 174". For custom orders, including fractional sizes, call our Order Dept. 800-827-8478 ext. 218. Sizes larger than 144" would be considered a custom order and would incur an additional cost

Select drop ship items requiring a Truck Shipment: Items marked below with a "Truck Icon" are oversized and will incur a $150 Drop Ship Fee added at checkout. NOTE - You can order as much as you want as you will incur a 1x oversize fee regardless of order amount on the "truck shipped" items.

Please check your order immediately upon receiving it! If the bars that you receive are damaged or defective, please email [email protected] within one week of delivery to request replacement bars.
