POSCA Acrylic Paint Marker - Extra-Fine Tip, Coral Pink (0.7-1mm)Save Up to33%Off listRed Water-Soluble, Non-Toxic, and Lightfast Acrylic Paint Markers POSCA markers contain highly pigmented water-based acrylic paints. The paint is highly opaque, quick-drying, lightfast, and non-toxic. POSCA Paint Markers are blendable when wet and can be diluted with water to create a gradient effect on almost any surface. Thanks to its fast-drying time, you can layer colors on top of each other. The pen has a valve mechanism that allows for a tight paint seal. Before each use, you can shake the ball inside the barrel to prime the marker. Thanks to its fast-drying time, you can layer dark colors over light colors or even bright colors over dark colors. The ball inside the barrel of the POSCA markers ensures that when shaken, the paint is evenly mixed. The valve mechanism provides a tight paint seal that prevents the paint from drying out. After use, you can rinse the pen tips under water. Permanent on porous surfaces and erasable on most smooth non-porous materials, your creations can be protected with a fixative varnish. Use POSCA Paint Markers on a variety of surfaces, including wood, fabrics, glass, ceramic, plastic, metals, stones, papers, cardboard, and canvas. Key Features: * Water-soluble Paint Markers * Non-toxic, alcohol-free, lightfast acrylic * Valve mechanism provides tight paint seal * Ball in barrel primes marker * The medium tip is reversible * Quick-drying matte opaque colors * Stable pigments * Permanent on porous surfaces * Erasable on most non-porous materials * Perfect For: * Multiple art projects * Blending and layering colors * Creating infinite gradations of color * Use on a variety of different surfaces * Indoor and outdoor use * Bright compositions * Drawing smooth, consistent lines * Wood, fabrics, glass, ceramic, plastic * Metals, stones, papers, cardboard, and canvas Glass, Plastic, and Metal: Clean the surface with a cloth and ensure it is dry before starting work. Make artwork permanent by applying two coats of water-based spray varnish. Hold the can about 30 cm from the surface and spray in slow circular movements. The varnish can be matte or gloss depending on the look you want. (Not suitable for food use) Fabric: Machine-wash the fabric you plan to draw on to remove any industrial coatings or dirt. To prepare natural or artificial leather, wipe with a damp sponge and leave to dry. Once your creation is finished and dry, you can iron it from the reverse side without using steam. Set the temperature of the iron to the material setting for the fabric you are ironing. You can place a sheet of tracing paper between the iron and the fabric for extra protection. If the fabric used is not suitable for ironing, you can fix your creation with a hairdryer. Hold it 30 cm from the surface and make small circular movements. Ceramic: With treated ceramics, fix your creation for non-food use using a water-based spray varnish, spraying from about 30 cm in small circular movements. With rough ceramics, fire your creation in the oven. Heat the ceramic in the oven slowly to 220°, then turn off the oven and allow it to cool completely before taking it out. Fix the paint on porcelain in the same way, but to a temperature of 160° and for no more than 45 minutes. To give your creation the longest possible life (for non-food use), you can apply a water-based varnish or adhesive varnish. Afterward, you can only hand wash the ceramic in cold water. See More
