QuickFix+ Battery Powered Eraser’s smooth, sculpted ergonomic shape looks like more of a work of art than an amazingly useful tool for home, office and studio. The small size of the 5mm eraser allows erasing of very precise areas with very little pressure. A turbine of power produces a super rotating action, which allows the soft rubber eraser refill to erase quickly without tearing even the most gentle paper surfaces. Erase what you want without erasing what you don’t want! Artistically remove large areas of graphite, charcoal and other media to form reverse images or add dimension and shape to round objects. It’s the perfect tool for doodling or serious art. Each eraser comes with 2 replaceable collars for various unique looks and includes 40 refill erasers. Key Features: * Overall size: 4-3/8" x 1" x 3/4" * Pack of 40 refill erasers (5 mm x 15 mm) * 3 interchangeable Cap-Locks * Requires two AAA batteries (not included) * Available in black, gray or white * Perfect For: * Perfect for home, office and studio * Good for sketching and drawing applications * For student to professional artists * Great for creating precise detail by removing media "Always Handy" "Great little tool for drawing. I use it mostly to pick out highlights rather than big erasures. It also works well lightening up or totally removing graphite, charcoal, and pastel lines under dry watercolor. I work in mixed media, watercolor, ink, graphite, charcoal, and Conté crayon. I've even been able to pull up white paper using it over non-staining watercolors like raw and burnt sienna, and cerulean and cobalt blue. It's lightweight plastic, easy to hold, comes with replacement tips, and easy to refill." Directions: To install the batteries, you need to first remove the plastic collar from the eraser's top. On the back of the plastic collar, you will see an arrow pointed in the direction that you should twist the collar off of the base. After the plastic collar has been removed, you can pry the seam of the eraser open as you would a remote control. The seam runs lengthwise along the plastic body of the eraser. Wedge your thumbnail or a fingernail file in this seam and wiggle until the two sections come apart. Install the batteries as usual and reassemble the body of the eraser. To get a used eraser out: We suggest that you use a bent paperclip to remove the eraser once it's worn down to a nub. You can bend the end of a paperclip into a hook and stick it into the eraser to pull it out. See More

The formula is an update on a recipe used by French Impressionist Edgar Degas. It seals and protects your artwork while leaving colors brilliant! Degas Fixative is perfect for chemically sensitive people. You can spray it indoors and keep on working because the fixative does not release toxic fumes or odors. The spray dries to a hard, water-resistant, matte finish; and provides the traction you need to apply extra layers of dry media. There are no toxic fumes or odors You may spray the fixative on all papers (except LaCarte), primed and unprimed canvas, wood panels, unglazed ceramic, stone, leather, and glass. SpectraFix it the ideal fixative for soft pastel, Pan Pastel and oil pastel, colored pencil, graphite, charcoal, and chalk. You can even use the fixative to layer other media into Encaustic. Use it under Oil or Acrylic paints to stop underdrawings from smudging. Casein bonds forever with the covering layer of paint. Like egg tempera, artists have used casein for centuries to protect underpaintings. Easily refill one of our Aerosol Spray Bottles to spray a fine mist on your work! Please note: Not for use as a final topcoat over acrylic or oil paint. Key Features: * Seals and protects artwork * Rapid drying pastel fixative * Contains casein, water, and alcohol * Protects fragile dry media * Prevents underpainting from smudging * No toxic fumes * 100% Archival * Non-yellowing * It does not dull colors * You can paint over it Perfect For: * Spraying indoors * Working with deep layers * Soft pastel, pan pastel and oil pastel * Colored pencil, graphite, charcoal, and chalk * Protecting watercolor paintings * All pastel papers (except LaCarte) * Primed and unprimed canvas * Wood panels, unglazed ceramic, stone, leather, and glass * Classrooms Dries quickly to an invisible matte finish and allows deep layering as well as providing extra traction on thickly layered, slippery media such as color pencil or oil pastel. Combines well with almost all media, and dries to a hard, water-resistant finish. Should not be used as a final top coat over acrylic or oil paint. Remember, it is not recommended as a final top coating for acrylic or oils See More
