Lefranc & Bourgeois Flashe Vinyl Paint - Black, 750 ml JarSave Up to30%Off listBlack Highly Pigmented Opaque Vinyl Paint On All Supports Lefranc & Bourgeois's FLASHE is a vinyl-based opaque paint that dries to a uniform, velvety matte finish. Vinyl paint is like acrylic in that you can use it on different surfaces, but FLASHE has a velvety matt finish and can be painted on glass and plastic without a primer, unlike acrylic. Special properties in the paint allow you to apply the same color to different surfaces without any big color shift, and you can dilute the paint with water to create wash effects. The paint adheres well and is resistant to weather, which makes it perfect for painting theatre decorations, faux finishes, frescos, and more. All FLASHE colours have a distinctive matt finish, except the iridescent colours, which have a luminous, satin finish due to their pearlescent pigmentation. Key Features: * Highly pigmented opaque vinyl paint * Radiant colour, matt finish, and exceptional durability * High-quality pigments specially selected for fine art * Identical color finish on all surfaces * It can be heavily diluted without breaking the film * Guaranteed to be 100% stable over time * Most surfaces do not need to be primed Perfect For: * Artists and illustrators * Non-oily painting surfaces, canvas, wood, fabric, leather, metal, paper, plastic, glass, and polystyrene * Creating transparent wash effects and patinas * Use as an undercoat for oil or acrylic murals * Transferring artwork from analog to digital * Spontaneous painting in the studio or outdoors * Fresco and wall painting, faux finishes, theater decorations, and more * Brush, sponge, spray gun, or an airbrush application FLASHE Colours have a uniform 30-minute drying time, and once dry, they are water-resistant. You can only remove the paint with alcohol-based solvents. Apply opaque colours with a single application, semi-opaque colours with two applications, and transparent colours with three to four applications. Watercolour: To create washes and patinas, dilute with between 1/3 and 2/3 water as desired. Varnish: Matt varnish can be applied on top to maintain the vibrancy of the colour without altering the shade. Gloss varnish will make shades a tone deeper and more vivid. Varnish is recommended for all outside applications. See More

If you prefer the optically clear high gloss look of resin art, look no further. Daler-Rowney FW Epoxy Resin and Epoxy Hardener mix well with the heavy pigments found in FW inks to create bright and vibrant resin art. It has excellent UV resistance, clarity, and transparency, making the FW epoxy system particularly suitable for the protection and decoration of paintings, artwork, sculptures, and many more. Key Features: * Pouring medium optimized for acrylic inks * Specially formulated for Daler Rowney Acrylic Inks * Gives colors a smooth, pourable consistency * Dries to a smooth, even film * The poured mixture will not crack * Glossy uniform surface * Designed to be poured * Dries to a permanent hard surface * UV stabilized epoxy resin and hardener * Optimized to work with the pigments in FW inks Perfect For: * Acrylic and watercolor ink * Use on canvas, wood, and other primed surfaces * Dirty pour or flip-cup pour * Creating interesting pours * Optically clear, high gloss resin art * Resin coating canvas, wood, MDF, glass, perspex, concrete & metal * Laminating or casting load-bearing forms with resin * Pour or brush/roller application * Everyday studio use Directions for FW Pouring Medium: Mix one-part acrylic ink with one-to-three parts pouring medium (depending on the desired thickness). You can then pour the mixture over your chosen substrate. The Daler Rowney FW Acrylic Ink Pouring Medium has a gel-like consistency, and when you mix it with ink, you must mix it long enough to turn the gel ink mixture into a creamy, pourable liquid. The mixture's viscosity improves if it is left to stand for an hour before you pour it. Directions for FW Epoxy Resin and Hardener: Due to its flexibility and strength, FW Epoxy is perfect for creating resin art, laminating, or casting load-bearing forms, sculptures, and statues. Mix 1 part FW Epoxy Resin with 1 part FW Epoxy Hardener to finalize your 3D art. You can pour or brush it on the surface. The resin will self-level to form a perfectly flat gloss finish. It's important to cure the piece at ambient temperature. FW Epoxy is surface dry in 60 minutes, and the coating will be touch dry within 12-24 hours. Once cured, FW Epoxy Resin and Hardener won't shrink or distort over time. Equally suitable for indoor and outdoor use once dry. Please be advised although our resins are UV stabilized, this does not mean they are UV proof. Ultimately our FW clear epoxy resin will show signs of UV degradation over time. See More
