Multimedia Pastel Panels 16" x 20", Black has a proprietary ground formulation that is silk screened directly on to the panel to create a consistent working surface. The panel is lightweight yet rigid, non-warping, dimensionally stable and accepts water, mineral spirits and turpentine application. The white surface is perfect for underpainting techniques. While primarily it is best used with pastels, this surface is compatible with oil sticks, oil media and colored pencils. The thin and lightweight surface makes it perfect for plein-air. Acid & lignin free.
