Somerset is a beautiful paper to work with, boasting a lightfastness rating of 7 on the Blue Wool Scale for all colors. Originally intended as a printmaking paper, they have been 'discovered' to also be highly suitable for pastel drawing. Mould-made 100% cotton, acid free with four deckle edges. The surface has a gentle texture, soft and good-tempered nature, and is a strong and stable enough sheet to ensure excellent printing.
