Matisse Derivan Screen… A totally water-based, silk screen printing ink! Matisse Derivan Screen Printing Ink has been formulated as a safe, non-toxic silk screen printing ink for fabric and tie-dyeing. It can be used in the classroom or at home safely without the worry of being exposed to harmful solvents such as white spirits, turps or thinners. Matisse Derivan Screen Printing Ink is water-based and washes up in water (before it is heat set) but has excellent rub resistance and lightfastness once heat set. All the colours may be intermixed to form bright secondary and tertiary colours. White (Opaque) may be mixed if pale pastel opaque prints are desired on dark colored fabrics. The Screen Reducer is a thick milky colored paste which dries colorless and transparent. It is used for intermixing with standard printing colours in order to extend deep colours into pale or lighter transparent shades (Red into transparent pink, etc.). It is mainly for white or pale fabrics. Best results are obtained from absorbent fabrics; avoid waterproof fabrics as they tend to inhibit penetration and repel the water-based colors. Clean up is a breeze! Simply wast all utensils, brushes and hands with soap and water to clean up! Key Features: * Water-based screen printing ink * Non-toxic * Clean up with soap and water * Excellent rub resistance * High lightfastness ratings Perfect For: * Use on absorbent fabrics, such as cotton, bamboo and hemp * Easy and safe to use on delicate fabrics; such as swimwear, baby wear and undergarments * Screen printing on dark colored fabrics See More -

When you want the best, this is your choice! In developing their line of artists' colored pencils, SoHo Urban Artist went directly to artists themselves to find out precisely what is needed in a high quality colored pencil today. Working from near unanimous requests, SoHo created a line of elite colored pencils that met or exceeded artists'requirements across the board! Great deal of pigment rather than wax (wax based but more pigment) - Using highly pigmented, vibrant colors, every shade in the 72-color line has superior light resistance for brilliant and lasting works of art. The 3.8mm leads are securely glued into the hexagonal basswood casings, so the pencils sharpen easily and do not break. (Sharpen without the lead falling out) The smooth, buttery consistency ensures that each stroke glides across the paper, and multiple layers are made possible by the minimal hazing of these superb colors. There is a fantastic range of colors especially dark colors that are difficult to find in other colored pencil lines. Each pencil is lacquered seven times to a smooth, satin black finish, and the tips are dipped in corresponding colors for quick recognition. Produced in conjunction with Cretacolor of Austria, one of the world's oldest and most respected pencil manufacturers, SoHo Professional Colored Pencils are truly an artists' color: designed to last and developed with you in mind! Part of the beauty of acrylic paint is its adaptability to any myriad of artistic and decorative effects. Now you can use your Matisse acrylic paints for folk art, crafts, and interior decorating as well as fine art painting! This collection of antiquing and patina mediums is sure to inspire you with their exciting decorative effects! Faux Finish & Marbling Gel - Also known as 'scumble glaze,' this medium is ideal for creating painted finish techniques using sponges, squeegees, rollers, plastic wrap, stencils, stiff brushes and more! Thins acrylic paints and improves flow for glazing, and is also excellent at creating faux marble finishes as it can prevent colors from mixing. Patina (Oil Antiquing Medium) - Designed to be used with artists' oil paint over acrylics to give an aged, weathered appearance. Apply Patina Medium over the piece to be antiqued, using a lint free cotton cloth, then rub a small amount of dark oil paint over the surface, on a cloth also soaked in medium. Then just wipe back oil color with a clean cloth to reveal your newly-antiqued piece! Pre-Antiquing Medium - Creates a special barrier layer between your base painting and any antiquing or patina final finishes, preventing abrasion or shifting of the underpainting. Secures base paint layer while still providing a low-tooth finish excellent for continued artwork or final antique finishing. Water-Based Patina - An ideal glazing medium for mixtures of as little as 5% paint, this Water-Based Patina contains extra binder so that even the lightest of glazes still remain permanent and water-fast. An excellent way to achieve antique patina effects without using solvents. Simply coat your piece in Water-Based Patina, then rub a small amount of dark Matisse acrylic paint over the piece and wipe back with a clean cloth! "I use Matisse Structure Acrylics for a thick textured, bold impasto look and Matisse Flow Acrylics for the smooth, highly detailed results. Liquid Polyclay Medium: Clear Liquid Polyclay Medium is an innovative product that supports the creation of perfect photo transfers and finishes for Kato Polyclay pieces. You can also use the medium as an adhesive, grout, or glaze. Liquid Polyclays should be cured at 300F (150C) for 20 minutes for a matte finish. To create a glossier finish, bake for an additional 10 minutes at 350F (177C), or wave a heat gun over the project until the desired glossiness appears. Do not inhale fumes and never cure above 350F (177C) or allow Liquid Polyclay to come in contact with an open flame. Polypaste Polymer Glue: You can use Polypaste as an adhesive, create textured surfaces, or repair cracks in polymer clay pieces with the paste. Because of its thick viscosity, it will not run.
