Occasionally I will use Matisse Structure Heavy Body For A more impasto look. I love Matisse because of their rich , creamy texture, and intense pigmentation. The flip top cap is great too! Very convenient. No more caps rolling around or tubes bursting trying to twist off a stuck cap. They also offer some unique colors such as Matisse Rose Madder, Matisse Indigo, Australian Salmon Gum , Australian Blue Gum , Australian Sky Blue, Matisse Emerald, and Australian Sienna. These are wonderful colors to add to my pallet. For covering large background areas in my work nothing beats Matisse Background colors. They they are opaque and easy to apply” See More -

Polyurethane Varnish: Provides the toughest finish available with excellent corrosion, chemical, scratch, and wear resistance. Use indoors or outdoors to provide maximum, long-term protection. The varnish dries clear and is non-yellowing. Jo Sonja's Acrylic Polyurethane Varnishes are available in Gloss and Matte. Retarder Medium: Extends the drying time of Jo Sonja's Colours. It allows an extended working or "open" time for blending. Opal Dust: Jo Sonja's Opal Dust is a clear gel that contains tiny light-reflecting holographic particles, which create an interplay of colors reminiscent of gems. Opal Dust may be used alone or applied to a dry pre-painted surface. It is suitable for various surfaces, including paper, card, glass, transparency film, plastic, canvas, wood, terra cotta, tin, fabric, silk, or dried flowers. Mix with Jo Sonja's Artists' Colors before applying for a more subtle effect. Drying time depends upon the thickness of the application.
