Crescent Select Matboard offers conservation quality in an alpha-cellulose line! The 32x40" boards are acid and lignin free, created with a 100% virgin alpha cellulose surface, core, and backing paper. The boards are buffered with calcium carbonate to an alkaline reserve of 3-5%. Select features a distinctive white core on both the 4 ply designer colored boards, and 6 ply white shades for framers seeking a deeper bevel. 4 ply boards come in a wide range of designer and traditional colors that can compliment any picture, and are fade and bleed resistant so they will last as long as your art.
