This set has a hinged top that closes to a compact size. When opened, the top acts as a palette with five mixing trays. The bottom has a drawer that slides out which has four large mixing trays. This set weighs less than a pound.

This set has a hinged top to be able to close to a compact size. When open the top has 4 mixing trays for your paint. When you slide the bottom drawer out there is 8 other mixing trays for your paints. This set weighs less than a pound. This set comes with a section for your brushes, and 24 full pans of w/c paints. It is constructed of a durable plastic. All of the hues in this set have been formulated to closely resemble genuine cobalt's and cadmium's.

The half-pans are housed in removable trays, each tray holding four colors. There are three trays. They can easily be snapped in and out of the case for cleaning or replacement of the colors. There are two (2) expanding mixing plates on this case, each measures 2" x 4 3/4", having either two or four 'holes' for mixing colors. Opposite the half-pans is a third area for mixing, measuring 2 1/4" x 5"; it has five wells.

Fully expanded, this case measures 11 1/2" x 5 1/2". Compacted, it measures only 4 1/2" (w) x 5 1/2" (l) x 1 1/2" (h), small enough for purses, back-packs or carry-on luggage.
