Shiva Artist's Paintstik Oil Colors are a refined linseed oil blended with quality pigment and solidified into a convenient stick form. They are also a useful aid to the art teacher to help students grasp fundamentals of oil painting without using classroom time for mixing paint and clean-up. You can actually paint "wet into wet" with a solid oil stick, allowing a feeling of free, spontaneous expression. In most cases, the paint dries in 24 hours.
