The superior, professional quality acrylic gesso ground does not dull colors, and the wonderful lightly sanded surface provides exceptional paint adhesion and brush control. The bright titanium white ground makes colors pop, or can easily be tinted with any ground color of choice.   Just unwrap and paint, no additional priming needed!   The Deep Cradled Panels are made in the USA.

Made with Ampersand’s 1/8" True Artist Hardbord™ and Archiva-Seal™ technology, the surface is acid-free, non-yellowing, and archival. Perfect for all painting techniques with traditional and water-mixable oils, acrylics and acrylic gouache, and even brittle paints like Egg Tempera and Caseins! A delicate enough surface for glazing, fluid brush strokes, and tight detail, it is still tough enough to hold up to the most rigorous palette knife painting, collage, and mixed media applications.
