Specially designed by artists who use liquid colors, the Double-Take Palette System has 12 deep wells that hold at least a ½ oz of color each! No other palette around can hold this much paint and still allow you to place a brush up to 1" wide in the well. The lid provides even more color space, with four large basin-type wells that can be used for cleaning brushes or for additional mixing. Mural artists often find these wells invaluable for keeping a large amount of fluid acrylic on hand as they work. These spacious wells will hold brushes up to 5" wide!
The Double-Take Palette also comes equipped with 10 convenient color cups that sit deep within special holes in the palette. The holes allow the cups to sit completely flush to the lid, so you can travel safely with no need to worry about your colors mixing or spilling out. Even though the cups are set deep within the palette, they can be still be removed instantly. In fact, each cup is made with a special soft plastic so it won't crack, and the lid comes off easily to avoid spills. Need even more colors and mediums? No problem. Simply load up 18 more cups by purchasing the Double-Take refill cups and use the tray that comes with the Double-Take cups to carry them.
