Welcome to the 2016 Charvin Infinite Color Contest, designed for artists of all skill levels!

It doesn’t matter if you choose to create a painting or paint a personal color chart with hundreds of blends from just 8 Charvin colors. Experience the luxury of the Charvin. Its high pigment content and super creamy feel makes Charvin a real luxury artist paint. Charvin’s unique formula and high end, small batch paint manufacturing creates color that is not only beautiful but is wonderfully tactile– truly it is in a class of its own! We know you’ll have lots of fun creating new colors. Create a painting or color chart by painting wet into wet to create subtle color shades. It is quicker and more imaginative than mixing onto a palette and you will have more pleasant color surprises than you ever imagined possible. No matter what your skill level, this is the contest that begins and ends with color from world class paint from Charvin.

Contest Rules & Requirements

Entries Must Have (choose either or)

Creating a Painting: Enter the # of total colors you mixed for your submission - EG: 35 mixed Colors from the 8 to create this painting- (Submit photo of 8 paint tubes and photo of painting)

Creating a color chart: Enter the # of total colors you mixed for your submission - EG: 15 mixed Colors from the 8 used to create the color chart (Submit photo of the 8 tubes and photo of color chart)

Select any 8 different Charvin paint colors and use them to create new colors by blending.
Using Charvin: Your 8 color palette will be your choice from Charvin Fine Oils, Charvin Extra Fine Oils or Charvin Extra Fine Acrylics.
Create: Create a painting of your choice or a hand painted color chart and indicate in your Magic of Charvin contest entry form how many total colors you created based upon the original 8 colors that you selected for your palette.
Important - When you submit your contest entry, please also submit one photo showing the Charvin paint tubes which you used to create your painting or color hand painted color chart.
Post photos on Facebook and/or Instagram with #magicofcharvin showing the painting or color chart, and Charvin paint tubes that you used. (see example below)
