Supplies, information and details for: V2041 Watercolor Autumn Leaf Workshop Taught by Kathleen Rietz

Date/Time: Friday, 11/13 - 1pm - 4pm. Create stunning autumn leaf paintings in watercolor. In this course, I will be teaching a variety of techniques such as wet into dry, wet into wet, and the use of simple table salt to create dramatic and varied results. The finished paintings are beautiful for framing, or turning into handmade greeting cards. Students should come prepared with leaves they have collected, dried leaves, or photos they have taken of individual leaves. Students will first be sketching their leaves as simple line drawings, then filling in with watercolors. Extra items that you may want to have on hand: table salt, hairdryer, and real Autumn leaves or photos of leaves.
