SoHo Heavyweight Stretched Canvases are manufactured using top-quality acrylic primed cotton. Acid-free and archival, the medium textured cotton is neatly wrapped around a sturdy pine stretcher frame. Deep slanted stretcher bars prevent "ghost" impressions and give the canvas a crisp edge. The cotton canvas has a sturdy 18.7 oz. triple-primed weight suitable for bold, expressive painting techniques. Each canvas has a wide 1-1/2" deep edge that you can paint for a frameless gallery presentation.
Packaging Note: The primed canvas weighs 18.7 oz. per m2 and 15.63 oz per sq. yd. The square yard weight is listed on the canvas label; however, the correct weight is 18.7 oz.
