Mi-Teintes has a 55% cotton rag content, is gelatin sized, and has a sturdy 98lb weight, making it very strong and allowing repeated re-working in a variety of media. Each sheet has two distinct surface textures, one smooth and one with grainy texture, making it a marvelous work surface for pastellists, colored pencil artists, and charcoal lovers that enjoy working on a toned ground.
