Pebeo Mat Pub Acrylic Liners feature a low viscosity acrylic paint with excellent lightfastness and an opaque, velvet matte finish. These ready-to-use, water-based matte acrylic paints are highly-pigmented, free of cadmium pigments, and UV resistant, making them ideal for both indoor and outdoor artistic applications. When applied with the liner tip, the paint retains its volume and dries quickly, making it perfect for covering textured surfaces and lettering. The Discovery Set contains five 30ml refillable plastic tubes with a fine nozzle for fine line applications in the following primary colors: primary yellow, carmine red, ultramarine blue, permanent white, and ivory black.

Use the fluid ultra matte acrylic paint indoors and outdoors on textured surfaces or canvas. The dripping technique can also be used with the liner colors. Mat Pub is weather-resistant and lightfast (Fluorescent colors excluded). The paint dries to a resilient, permanent film.
