Pebeo Studio Green Phosphorescent Gel (225ml) - Pebeo Studio Green Phosphorescent Gel is an eco-friendly painting medium that produces a glow-in-the-dark effect. Apply the gel thickly with a palette knife to achieve the best glow. The dry gel has a translucent, satin matt finish under light but shines bright in the dark.
Pebeo makes its Phosphorescent Gel with recycled resins that emit 6 to 7 times less C02 than the petrochemicals in traditional acrylic gels.
