PanPastel Colors are professional artist-quality soft pastel colors packed in a unique pan format, allowing artists to blend and apply pastel-like paint for the first time. The unique manufacturing process requires minimal binder and fillers, resulting in rich, ultra-soft, super blendable, and concentrated colors loaded with the finest quality artist pigments.
