Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful I just received the whole collection this week and I must say, it didn't disappoint one bit! The colors are rich and I love the fact that they're matte. They're also fantastic for backgrounds in my Teesha style journals! Definitely my new favorites!

Although I'm still experimenting with 8 of these incredible colors, I've already fallen in love with White Washed and Barely Black which have amazing coverage while remaining translucent, easily creating a veiled or misty effect yet maintaining a truly matte surface. Lots of opportunity to build up interesting but subtle layers. All colors tried so far have taken easily to watercolor paper & canvas, or over other acrylics & Derivan Matisse background paints. These Fluid Matt paints are an excellent addition to Pam Carriker's product line!

It definitely holds its own against other paint brands out there. She loves the bottles. This is definitely her first choice when reaching for a paint.

Finally, a vibrant, yet sheer fluid acrylic that offers amazingly rich color and still allows your first layer of work to shine through! As an artist who works in layers it's important to me to have a paint that adds to, but doesn't disguise, my work. Watercolors, although just fine in their own right, do not offer the wonderful richness and vibrancy of color that's found in Pam Carriker's acrylics. The squeeze bottle is a great way to fill dauber bottles with the paint, should you choose that manner of application, as I do. I am so impressed with the beautiful choice of colors and how these paints coordinate with each other and with Pam's line of inks. They will be a staple in my studio. Pure genius.
